Luxury boat brands unite at The Boat Works

Luxury boat brands, Clipper Motor Yachts, Cobalt Boats and Bennington Pontoon Boats have banded together at their new home at The Boat Works and will be celebrating with an open weekend Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May.

The big boating brands have recently moved into their brand new 350sq metre state of the art show room at The Boat Works and are celebrating with a weekend full for boats, BBQ’s and live entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

Clipper Motor Yacht Director Brett Thurley says the new home for Clipper is an exciting move with the resort like feel and attention to detail at the new marina aligning perfectly with Clipper’s brand.

“We are excited to be at the Boat Works and can’t wait to show off our new home,” said Brett.

“We want everyone who loves boating to come and enjoy a free BBQ, enjoy the live entertainment check out these spectacular water craft.”

Bennington Pontoon boats recently launched on the Gold Coast and have redefined the boring and old looking pontoon boat.

General Manager for both Bennington and Cobalt Boats Australia Andy Clayton says these sporty and sexy pontoon boats can outperform many of the new bowriders with top speeds of 55 mph and planning in under 4 seconds.

“The pontoon boat market is the fastest growing boat market in the world”, Andy said.

“This range of pontoon boats are phenomenal, and they need to be seen to be believed,” Andy said.

Cobalt Boats will also be starring bedside Bennington and are known as the world’s most prestigious family of bowrider from 20 to 40 feet long.

Andy says the opportunity to showcase these luxurious boat brands straight from USA all together here on the Gold Coast is the perfect location.

“The luxury and unique style of each of these premium boats, the resort like feel of the marina, combined with 260 kilometres of waterways on the Gold Coast makes this is a boating paradise for these brands,” said Andy.
